To achieve the mission statement by –
• Constantly focusing time and resources on the course to ensure it is a fair and enjoyable test of golf presented to the highest possible standard.
• Operating a Table (Roll Up) culture where all are welcome and members always have someone to play golf with.
• Following a sound business model and being fiscally responsible to ensure the club’s product and services offered remain competitive and excellent value for money.
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive and safe environment for all who visit the club.
• A determination to continually develop and improve the product and services on offer.
• Being sensitive to members’ needs and always encouraging feedback/suggestions.
• Providing clear, thorough, and timely communication with regards to all key decision making.
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure each experience is remembered favourably.
